Chloraseptic Cherry Sore Throat Phenol Oral Pain Reliever can be used for the temporary relief of occasional minor irritation, pain, sore mouth and sore throat, including:

• minor irritation or injury of the mouth and gums
• pain due to minor dental procedures
• dentures or orthodontic appliances
• pain associated with canker sores

Directions

Adults and children 3 years of age and older:

• Apply to the affected area (one spray)
• Allow to remain in place for at least 15 seconds, then spit out
• Use every 2 hours or as directed by a doctor or dentist

Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the use of this product.

Children under 3 years of age: consult a doctor or dentist.

Do not use more than 2 days or give to children under 3 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

Ingredients

• Active ingredient: Phenol 1.4%. (Purpose: oral pain reliever).
• Inactive ingredients: FD&C Red No. 40, Flavors, Glycerin, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Saccharin, Sucralose.

Warnings and Restrictions

When using this product:

• do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Stop use and ask a doctor or dentist if:

• sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days.
• irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens.
• swelling, rash or fever develops.

Seek medical attention immediately if:

• sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days or is accompanied by difficulty in breathing.
• sore throat is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, swelling, nausea or vomiting.

If pregnant or breastfeeding: ask a health professional before use.

In case of accidental overdose, seek professional advice or contact a poison control center immediately (1-800-222-1222).

Tamper-evident: do not use if the imprinted shrink band is broken or missing.
