Dr Teal's® Epsom Salt is made of natural, pharmacy grade Magnesium Sulfate USP for whole body relief and wellness. Use Dr Teal's® to revitalize tired, achy muscles, reduce stress, minimize swelling, and refresh skin's appearance.

Uses

• Helps reduce swelling from minor sprains and bruises
• Eases aches and pains from muscle soreness

Directions

Suitable for adults and children over 6 years.

As a soaking solution:

• Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water.
• Soak for 20 minutes to help soothe tired, achy muscles.

As a warm compress:

• Dissolve 1 cup of Epsom Salt in 1 quart of warm water.
• Using a towel, apply the solution to the affected area for 15-20 minutes to ease pain and reduce swelling.
• Repeat as needed.

• you experience redness, irritation, swelling, or infection
