If you have filled out our questionnaire and are successful. These are the next steps:

Prescription Approval

Once you have completed the questionnaire, it will just need to be approved by a doctor. Once the prescription is approved, the prescription will be sent over to our pharmacy fulfilment partner who who will manage the delivery of your medication. You can expect to receive the weight loss product within the next 2 working days. Ensure your delivery address is incorrect, please let update your details and contact us at Once it arrives ensure you keep it in the fridge under correct storage instructions, until you have your appointment.

In the meantime, while your product is out for delivery, you will receive an email/text with a link to download an application. This may involve creating an account, filling in necessary health information, and agreeing to the terms and conditions. This will be your hub for most of your weight loss tracking and support, so it is crucial you sign up and download the application.

Liva Health Appointment

Once signed up, schedule an appointment with your assigned health coach through the Liva platform. Utilise this opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the weight loss program, the product, or the overall process. The health coach will provide guidance and address any uncertainties. It might be easier to keep a list of questions beforehand and then ask them during the consultation.

Starting treatment

Administer your first Wegovy injection as directed by your health coach.

Do not start treatment before you have consulted your health coach.

Ensure you understand the correct dosage and injection technique. Contact your health coach or consult the provided resources if you have any concerns or difficulties.

Begin the process of changing your habits. Your health coach will work with you to identify specific areas of improvement, such as dietary changes, increased physical activity, or better sleep habits.
