As they all contain the same active ingredient at the same strength, they are all considered equally effective. Sodium cromoglicate eye drops can be used alone or as an add-on medication with other allergy medications like an oral antihistamine or steroid nasal spray. Sodium cromoglicate eye drops can be a useful add-on medication if your other allergy medication does not control your eye symptoms.
