Directions
Suitable for adults and children over 6 years.
As a soaking solution:
- Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's® Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water.
- Soak for 20 minutes to help soothe tired, achy muscles.
As a warm compress:
- Dissolve 1 cup of Epsom Salt in 1 quart of warm water.
- Using a towel, apply the solution to the affected area for 15-20 minutes to ease pain and reduce swelling.
- Repeat as needed.
