John joined as Chairman in January 2017. He is a customer business development expert who has spent 38 years with Procter & Gamble, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Business Development.
In a wide and varied international executive career across both marketing and sales, he established P&G’s multi-functional business relationship with the largest global retailer, Walmart; was P&G’s UK Sales Director for seven years, then became responsible for P&G’s Global Customer Sales capability – a business of $35 billion.
John brings huge experience of the commercial side of FMCG as well as strategic leadership of large businesses and large organisations. He also provides leadership to the board of Healthwords and provides advice and counsel to the founders of the company. John is a graduate of Durham University.
